Help with Propranolol

Hi, I’ve started taking propranolol last night 10mg 3 times a day.I’ve had panic attacks and depression on and off for years, and they have just started again.I had a very bad nights sleep, when I did get to sleep I had some awful nightmares and feeling dizzy. Has anyone else had this?

I also take propranolol but mine is as needed. I’ve never had dizzy spells with it but I’ve heard that can be a side effect. Can I ask when you take the propranolol?

I had 1 an hour before I went to bed because it said it can make you dizzy. I’ve got to take 10mg 3 times a day.

Sprint1050, mention this to your doctor. At one time I was given

Propranolol 10mg once a day and I couldn't even handle that. Too dizzy,

brought down my blood pressure too low. This can be a common side effect.

Your doctor may have to adjust the dose for you or give you something else.
