I had sleeping issues for the past few months, I think I had chronic insomnia. couldn't sleep all night, even if I was sleepy or tired, could only sleep in the morning not before 9:00am. it felt like I had a timer that wouldn't let me sleep anytime before 9:00am, would wake up at 7:00pm and my whole day is gone, my mood is bad and I just hated my life. Forced myself to get up super early one day to sleep early the same night and I did sleep somewhat earlier, at 5:00am and guess when I got up? at 7:00am. I had two hours sleep and couldn't go back to sleep after I woke up at 7:00am. so... it's a problem! getting only two hours of sleep is tiring. but now I finally magically sleep early in the night and wake up early in the morning. Sure my sleeping issues will return tho.

That's good your sleeping at night now, I'm sure you have looked into sleep higen, but I would also suggest weighted blanket just gives me a tiny bit better sleep and using a diffuser.
