Honestly suffering more than ever before some days

Mine has gotten so bad I can’t complete my summer homework. I’ll just cry and I can’t see if I’m crying a lot. I think I’m going to try therapy online.

Omg, between trying to homeschool my kids, manage the house, and attend to my full time job, I feel like I don't even have time to think about anything! If you have more time on your hands than usual, I'd say that's awesome! Figure out a way to put the time to good use. Start an exercise routine. If that seems too hard just get out and walk. The current circumstances have given some of us additional time that we may need to heal from the illnesses we suffer from. Take the time to heal. Focus on healing.
