I've been battling depression and anxiety since I was 15. I never knew I had it, but I've had friends who were battling it as well and would always ask me if I was sure I didn't have it. Until finally once I was 20 I went to go to talk to a therapist and I was diagnosed with Moderate-Severe depression and anxiety along with ADHD. It took a toll on me knowing I could have been getting help along time ago. Now I just feel like even with medication, like im stuck in the same situation I was in when I was younger. I figured why not join this support group and see if I can get any help with coping with my depression and anxiety.
Thank you,
Brianna Ll.

Hey Brianna . I'm not therapist by the way way , but you're talking to someone who has battled with the same , just a different kind of depression though . But I overcame it , so I wanna tell you that take time to appreciate who you are , take time to reflect the things you dislike and accept those that cant change. And above all, dont try look for validation from someone else , try to find a confidant to tell all your stories .. Be patient with yourself
