Worried about eat spots

Lately I’ve been getting spots on the inner and outer ear they pop but just come back today I’ve scratched it and it bled just wondering what it could be

Speak to your doctor but also watch your diet, most of the time it is problem with diet Look at youtube or pinterest about the subject matter and also what to eat

Fruits and salads and vegetables with something say potatoes, noodles. Plenty of these foods with protein, eggs, chicken or something should set you up nicely. Buying the right food is important so try to do the shopping with vegetables in mind. My brother favourite sweetcorn and mushroom, mine peppers and chillies. Soups or water or herbal tea

Yes will start a healthy diet Monday and try and get rid off my horrible eating habits thanks a lot 😊

See your doctor asap as this is an ongoing problem & requires action / medical advice/care.

You could try cleansing the outer ear with warm bicarbonate of soda (baking powder) solution.

Boil water and add (cup ful) to teaspoon of Bicarbonate of Soda & leave to cool. As warm as you can bear, sponge outer ear several times using cotton wool or cotton wool pads.

Seek doctor's advice for cleansing inner ear. Ask for a referral to ENT regarding ongoing problem?
