I used to journal and I really do think it helped me to write things down. I have gotten away from but I think I will start again. Thanks for sharing and I hope it does help you!
I just started one yesterday... not just for thoughts to let free but also positive findings like quotes that I heard while meditating, anything to help calm the mind. Best to you Fwizzy!
I’ve done this over the years. It helps. I like looking back and reading what I wrote years prior and learning from my experiences.
