Not a good day

I know it always leads up to these really bad days & the pitfall has finally hit 2day. Been feeling off for a while & don't know if anyone else has ever experience when it feels like something in ur chest does a hard roll over then u have to cough to kinda straighten it out. Some times it helps sometimes not. Well, I am now @ dr office blood pressure up. I DON'T WANNA DIE!!!!!!! I'M AFRAID!!!!😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

The dr office couldn't get my heart rate down so they called the ambulance to bring me to the hospital. I am now at the hospital. God blessed & they got my heart rate down but now they r running test.

They admitted me in the hospital. I am very scared tryn to remain calm. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
