Hello everyone! I am new to this forum. I am a young woman working in the human services field. I think the hardest thing for me right now is not even the isolation created by Covid-19, but feeling triggered by topics at work. Any extra ideas for self care that have been helpful for anyone? I have some go-to activities and tools. Just trying to prevent distress in the future. Thank you in advance and just know I am here to support you as well.

Self care in these hard times
I am terrified of catching any type of germ. I barely leave the house, only to check the mail and throw out the trash. I am alone during this isolation. I have a cyber stalker and don't participate in the traditional social media, such as FB, twitter. I do not have friends or family. Luckily I found this site. But specifically where can I find teletherapy without paying for it? And what other sites are helpful for those suffering from anxiety and depression?
Thanks
Hope
I’ve found great info on YouTube for Anxiety, Social Anxiety Disorder, and Depression. Dr. Tracey Marks has a great amount of information!! Polar Warriors has a ton of great info on Bipolar Depression. Lastly, “How To ADHD” has a great amount of information. I love all 3 presenters!! Hope you find these helpful!! Free therapy on Youtube is awesome!
Meditation has been a huge help to me. There are so many resources now too. If you want some suggestions let me know.
Being in a human resource field I wonder if you ever leave it and what you do for your own well being...
