Iv had had 9 years ptsd and social phobia and it's hard the best thing is to have real good friends and family and support I suffer from vertigo and vesbiler migraines at present and iv found so much help and support on here it's like having a new family

I’ve had GAD for many years. What has worked for me is education; knowledge about what is happening and why. CBT helps a lot, as does mindfulness and relaxation. Stress reduction is very important for me but of course not always possible, so next best thing is how to manage it. There are some very good books I’ve read and use as a guide when needed.
