Sertraline 25mg

If you’ve had this Antidepressant and this dose do you think it’s enough? I feel I should up the dose as been told it’s hardly therapeutic at this dose. I’ve had awful side effects but they have lessened a lot in 5 weeks. And I’m more settled and human. Sleep is still disturbed. Yesterday I upped it to 37.5mg and felt ok all day. But sleep was awful. Right back to the beginning. Night sweats wide awake,hypersensitive to noise and feeling panicky. Will try phoning doctor Monday/tues but with everything going on don’t want to waste their time. Ive been on 50 to 100 mg . My doc says 50 mg is a very low dose.
