More Virus Anxiety

Hi folks. I have some serious anxiety about this virus. A couple weeks ago I got a scratch in my throat, and figured it was just allergies. My doctor did too. But I tend to have severe anxiety, and also to have illness anxiety. In the last few days I've had mild shortness of breath, and thought I had a fever (didn't). I sometimes cough too. All of these symptoms (except fever) are symptoms of allergies too, which do bother me often. Where I live they really don't want to see you unless you have severe symptoms.

Anyone have any thoughts for handling my anxiety?
