How can I deal with antidepressant withdrawals?

I recently decreased my dosage of Zoloft 100 mg and continued taking 50 mg for 2 weeks. Last week, after taking 50 mg for 2 weeks, I discontinued my usage of it because I was feeling a lot better. However, I am now really struggling with withdrawals. I'm getting the dizziness, brain zaps, hot/cold flashes, and flu-like symptoms. I am also on Wellbutrin, which is definitely helping with the depression, but I hate the way I feel right now. Anyone got any tips on how to decrease the withdrawal symptoms and push through????

I would suggest going back to the prior dosage of 50mg and continue there until the symptoms get more manageable. Then reduce slower. I only would reduce the amount on one day a week as a starting point. So the first week you are taking it the 50mg 6 out 7 days , second week 5 our of 7 and so on. It takes longer but gives your body more time to adjust. If you do continue to get symptoms look at going from 50 to 25mg if possible or reduce ever two weeks instead of one.
