How do i cope with University and Pandemic?

Due to the outbreak of the Pandemic, all schools and universities have shut down. Just before everything deteriorated in the UK i was diagnosed with anxiety. My symptoms are getting worse as I am getting migraines, dizziness and nausea at times as I am paranoid about the virus and I have deadlines from my University to keep up to. As i can't see the GP at this moment, is there anything i can do instead to stop my symptoms worsening?

I'm in a similar situation. Paranoia with all this virus talk and stressed out. My anxiety is off the roof at the moment because I'm classed as high risk.

I really would call your gp tomorrow they prob wont see you but a telephone conversation may lead to something positive

I think we're all feeling similar and it helps to know that. For myself, keeping my mind occupied helps a lot. I can't concentrate well when I'm anxious but I run random things through my mind. Make lists of things I want to do when this is over , try memorizing songs or poems, reading for entertainment. Won't your educational requirements be changed or a time extension be made due to the virus ? Try moving as in dancing or walking, play music. Keeping active will calm your mind. Stay well. Pam
