Help I don’t know if it’s my anxiety or some thing but it’s like the slightest chest discomfort I immediately think I have this virus I’m bleaching things every hour at this moment my chest is tight my heart is pounding.Not to mention I’m taking my temp like crazy and have no fever.I also have Gerds could this be why my throat burns sometimes or chest will hurt please help me calm down

Hey there! Do you have a history of anxiety? I have gastritis and yes!! I have had issues like that due to stress. I also have anxiety so it’s very likely. The staple of the virus is a high fever. Do you have anything to keep your mind off of it? Maybe watch some Netflix or podcasts?

Find solace that you are doing so much to stay healthy and safe. I would feel untouchable if I were around someone like you! You are so awesome and proactive

Yes I have history of anxiety but my health anxiety is ridiculous like every little pain or weird feeling throwing me into overdrive

I’m watching Netflix now but I can’t get the thoughts out my mind . I’m into the cartoons with adult humor ,suspense ,thrillers n horror movies.I pretty much like a lot of stuff
