Isolation

With my state under a shelter in place order, I've had to basically stop my exposure therapy for social anxiety. I have therapy daily. It's the only time I get out of the house. I can go for walks but it's still not social exposure.

I am afraid of completely isolating again.If it wasn't for therapy daily, I don't know what I'd do. Just feeling a bit concerned.

I understand Scarlett314. I am no longer working therefore I have no insurance to get therapy. Try to think of positive outcomes and remember what you’ve learned in therapy. We are stronger than we think!!
