I am doing OK, how about you? I have been in my house for 2 weeks now, I do not mind there is so much to see and do. Today is a lovely day so I took all my recycles to the drop of place, just up the road. I tried staying 6 ft away from people, some people did not do it?!!! I wear plastic surgeon gloves when I go out, which I threw away when I got home. I watered some plants and pulled some weeds. Came in gave my hands a good wash, then made my lunch. Now I am working on thinning out my email, I get so many!!! I have some other things I want to do so I'll go and get busy. What are you doing, you too are in lock down aren't you? Did you get all the food you need? I have enough to last me about 6 weeks, but I am running low on cat food and litter, so may have to take my chance and go out next week?!!! I got a book (thru the mail) on rock painting, I took a class back in Calif about 18 year ago, and enjoyed it, so now I will see what I need to get in supply's, find some decent size rocks and have a go, that should keep me busy. The library is closed so I cannot get the DVD's, but I have lots of books and love to read. I wish you well my friend, stay safe, love and hugs......Sprinkle 1.....

Very good keep busy, we are in lock down to. now the rest of the population know what fear and anxiety can do to you !!!! The fear of the virus is the real epidemic, if your immune system is good you will be ok ! Hot drinks flush it through your system so have plenty of hot drinks, I think it is all about changing society into contact less use of technology, without going into the murky world behind it all ? Sunshine also stops it ultra violet !!! but we need to be careful ! Now we are the one,s who can teach the rest how to cope with fear ! take care Darling xx
