My anxiety is acting up, usually my boyfriend calms me down but since we are no longer together I am trying new methods and playing a cross word puzzle is helping a bit so I am happy about that.

I never said I called him😂I said when I would have anxiety my ex would help calm me down when we was together but since we aren’t I was playing a puzzle game to relax.
