Hello Everyone:
I’m new and would like to introduce myself. I’m 53, male, married with two great teens. I have had GAD for about 14 years, OCD longer. Been taking klonopin daily for many years, SSRI’s tried but haven’t helped much. Therapy tried, little help.
I hope to meet others, share stories, and help others as well as myself.

I've struggled with anxiety and depression most of my life, but have only recently been officially diagnosed and begun accepting help. Here for similar reasons as yourself, as I know many people are.
