It’s not always easy. Most days it’s really hard to be honest. Each day I intentionally choose to find at least 1 thing that is inspiring.

Example: A flower growing in a sidewalk. I see that and think of the perseverance. That little seed found the weakness in the concrete and made a way for life through a situation that seemed impossible.

Each morning as I’m coming into work, I stop at the stop sign at door he end of my street and look across the field. I’m facing the sunrise. Most days I take a picture. As the day progresses, I look at the picture and appreciate the beauty of the morning. Even foggy days. I listen to a recording of the ocean, birds, or I’ll cook or bake.

What do you find joy in? What puts a smile on your face hon?
