I’ve been having really bad anxiety for a few months now, but it has now gotten to the point where it’s affecting me physically. I have constant chest pains and headaches which add onto my anxiety more. I’m just confused. Is this normal? What can I do to reduce or stop this pain

Completely normal, if you have already gone to the doctor and you were diagnosed with anxiety be calm and think that you physically have nothing wrong, everything is something created by the mind, do not fight against it, just keep calm and let it happen. I know it's hard but the more resistance we put the worse is for us, just keep calm as much as you can and it will pass
Have a look at the link. There are lots of self help videos on YouTube as well. x
You mention in another post that you have been prescribed Fluoxetine... take it!
I have been on it for years, and on it I can function. Off it, and all the symptoms come back full force and I curl up in a ball, pull the covers over my head and try to deal with the crippling depression.
It takes about 2 weeks for it to really reach full effect, but start now, keep a diary of how you feel, and I believe that in two weeks, you should be feeling better. Do look at the list of side effects, just in case it isn't right for you, but I have never had a problem with any side effects.
At least start, and if something bad comes up, call your doctor!
