Flying Success!

Just returned from my annual National Sales Meeting in Orlando, Florida. Flying can be difficult with anxiety and stress. It went well overall. The few days leading up to the flight is worse than the actual flight. If anyone has a flight upcoming you will do great!

Congratulations!!!! How awesome is that. I love being able to have successes to look back on and show my wandering catastrophising mind that “I am strong, I can overcome!” Great job. Precipitators anxiety is a such a liar and steals our present moment....way to work through. Now, when those scary thoughts about flying come you can recall this victory and sush-down your run away thoughts! 👊🏻

That is so nice to hear! I am very thankful that I read your post. Last time I had a flight to take, I was anxiety throwing up in the airport parking lot and I missed my flight. I will think of you next time I have to blast through the air in a pressurized metal tube.

Haha! Thanks. Sounds like you were nervous. My preflight trigger is trips to the bathroom. It's totally normal to have some nervous feelings when you don't have control or can't see anything in a metal tube 40,000 ft in the air. I hope you get back in the game soon! It's worth the challenge.
