hi resolutions are hard to stick to and usually broken in the first couple of weeks but its still important to stick to your resolution.

This is a must! Still trying to find the balance in treating myself and eating healthy.

I don't do resolutions. I simply cannot trick my mind into doing something it damned well will not do. Sociopaths have little self-control and are impulsive so anything I say I will do my mind says well you know you really don't have too. So I don't. Dammit this aluminum foil hat isn't doing any good. Faraday cage. All around the house. That'll stop the government manipulation.
