Best time to take fluoxetine

I have been nine weeks on fluoxetine I had every side effect possible.

Couldn’t sleep was the worst thing, I can at least get some sleep after six weeks of almost none, I take one capsule at 8am and one at noon, I am now feeling very sleepy in the daytime, and lethargic.

I wonder wether it would be best to take the fluoxetine at night now that I am sleeping better, or would it have an effect on me, it would mean going a whole day until the evening without any.

Any advise would be appreciated.
