I struggle everyday with the “black hole.” It seems if I make it a tangible thing then I can fight it better. So I made the black hole/depression, a monster. The kind you are scared of as a kid. Now nothing scares me.
Please believe me, us special individuals that have to deal with mental health on a daily basis, it can’t last forever. YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR OWN THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS! Fight it. Live. Be yourself.

Hi 👋 is that idea still working for you? I have just missed out on a Christmas family gathering and worse made my son miss out on it too through this bloody monster/depression!! So please do tell me more about how you visualise this monster because at the moment it’s all spilling over the edges and seems as if I’m wrong and other people are wrong too.....when infact it’s the depression which is wrong!! But I can only see that when I’m talking to you for example! Does that make sense? How do you find your monster? And when you find him what do you do?
