Hey all. I’ve had depression and anxiety for years but just recently had to admit it and speak to a psychiatrist while in the hospital for other health problems. I am so lost and feel like absolutely no one understands. Instead of support from my adult children, I’ve been met with anger and told I need to apologize to everyone. I admit I did get angry over a misunderstanding, but I did apologize and explain. My husband is trying to understand, but he doesn’t. How does anyone live like this?
