Personally I would advise you start looking for Mental Health Day Centres, Ask your GP Surgery or the Council in your area may have a list of them.
Consider hobbies or Diversions you enjoy. Look for Night Classes on the subject you enjoy.
I used to find dancing was a real help in meeting people of both sexes, dancing seems to open up obligations and friendships.. However if you are interested in other things like Walking there are various clubs out there for the young and old .

We never know who’s watching us. We never know who’s lives we touch and change and help. You can’t say you’ve never helped anyone because you don’t know and probably never will. When people watch us overcome we are useful to thousands in the ripple effect. Keep it going. You’re important to all of us.

I can sort of understand how you're feeling right now. I was supposed to take 2 exams for uni yesterday but I couldn't. But I think that just doing what you can everyday is more than enough. Sending you love <3
I am sorry you are feeling this way. Know that emotions come and go. You DO matter. More than you may ever know. I think it could be beneficial to find a support group... or find a new hobby. When we are out doing things we enjoy, we meet likeminded people and often those people can become great friends. Praying you find the support you need and the wisdom of even a glimpse of the gift you are!
