I really hate going through this like I know where I'm at but it feels like I'm somewhere else and the impending doom on top of that makes it sucks a lot does anyone else go to this also

I was diagnosed with derealization about 2 years ago and have had it ever since. It gets easier once your body gets used to it. I know it’s hard right now and it’s such a foreign feeling but eventually it’ll become your normal and that’s when I’d suggest working on your anxiety to lower the symptoms. Right now I bet your super freaked out and anxious because your not used to it which just triggers it more and makes it worse. Give it some time. Hope this helped xx
