Does anyone have any advice on stopping the physical symptoms that come with health anxiety?

I know mind over matter is one, but it's kind of rough when you actually feel the symptoms. Any advice is appreciated. I've been making slow but steady progress

I wish I had advice but I wonder the same thing myself.

I am still looking for strategies but for me exercising is one way to feel better with anxiety. It could be a simple walk. I also try to have a chat with a friend or family, it does distract me from my physical symptoms most of the time.

Also, deep and slow breathing while counting up to 4 seconds in inhale, hold 4 seconds and exhale 4 seconds. You can try to watch something like a movie or reading a book (for me this is the least effective because my symptoms are too strong).

Overall, try to keep yourself busy and move as much as possible, being active helps the most I think.
