Scared and confused

So I’m having another panic attack. I’ve noticed I have bump on the back of my head/base of my skull on the left side. I feel like I may have noticed it before but I’m not sure and it feels pretty big. It’s really hard, like a bone. Scared of a tumor or skull base tumor. I am so scared! Can a bump on your head be a tumor? I’m so scared as a stupidly googled and read it could be a “skull base tumor” but I don’t know 😞

One of the worst things you can do if you have anything wrong with you is GOOGLE it.

Perhaps youve bumped you're head and not really thought about it at the time.

But anyway the weekend is over now, so ( WHY DON'T YOU GO TO YOUR DOCTORS AND LET THEM HAVE A LOOK AT YOUR HEAD ???)..

TAKE CARE AND LOOK AFTER YOURSELF.

I don’t have health insurance at the moments and I definitely didn’t bump my head unfortunately. 😔

Does the bump hurt? In my own personal experience of getting bumps on my head from falling off of large furry animals it will hurt or throb some when you touch it if it's from an impact (bump). If not then you should probably go to the ER or find a clinic to have it checked out. That's your reality check.

NOT knowing what is would cause me more anxiety than knowing and dealing with the bills. I think most places if you come in and let them know you need a payment plan up front, they're happier to deal with that. If you're worried about that, you can actively manage it too, with the DR office. They would much rather you come in to see what the problem is and be proactive to settle accounts, and you'd be better off knowing.
