Yes here's a list

Evening primrose oil capsules - good for tension

Flaxseed oil capsules

Fish oil capsules

Vitamin b12 plus multi vitamin b

Tyrosine - for dopamine

Phenylalanine - also for dopamine but it gives you an extra lift it's a bit of a wild card

Tyrosine and phenylalanine restore dopamine especially important if you take or have taken ssri drugs

Probably best to take tyrosine but not phenylalanine if you are on medication

You can have up to 5 x 1000mg per day but it must be fish oil not codliver or any fish liver oil as that could be toxic

I take 3 a day

We had a new CBD oil store that opened in our town & I was curious & went to check it out & asked lots of questions. The owner, manager & young sales girl were working there at that time. I did not buy anything, because I'm on other prescription medicine for health problems I have & on new medicine for my anxiety. The manager did say it's best to talk with your doctor's before trying any of their products & I agree. I know my doctor's would not want me to anyway & you don't know what is in their products & it's not FDA approved. I'm not against others trying & using the CBD products & if you find something that helps you feel better... great!!👍

CBD oil is a waste of money I tried expensive brands twice now and nothing !

I've heard that exercise helps. Go for a walk at your own speed and distance. If you swim or do yoga, try that. Yeah, I know it's tough getting your butt off the couch but start slowly and see if it makes a difference.

I took a 1 mile walk with my husband the other evening & I felt a lot better! I'm 65 yrs. old & been suffering with depression & anxiety since June of this year over an health problem &

seeing a psychiatrist who prescribe a new medicine Lexapro (escitalopram) 10mg one a day at dinner 5pm & been on it over 4 weeks & waiting for it to start working. I'm also on Depakote 250mg once a day & he increase it to 3 times a day, spread out & it is for mood & anxiety also. My heart & prayers goes out to everyone who suffers from anxiety, depression & panic here on this support group! I'm glad I found this group by chance & feel God was part of it. God Bless!❤️🙏🙌🙏❤️

I like this list that you were given, and for sleep I use melatonin, it is not expensive, Walmart carry's it. St. Johns Wort works for some people. I am on prescription drugs so I only do the melatonin. If you have the energy, exercise is useful, just go for a slow walk, especially in the sunshine, which provides Vit D.

Walk or any kind of exercise you can manage are good for the brain and body.

I wish you well and hope you find relief. Sending love and hugs. Sprinkle 1....

Hi Shadow,

After talking with my physician, they recommended vitamin D3 for depression and anxiety. Besides that, I do take a vitamin b stress complex that helps with my anxiety, which is similar to depression in a few ways.

As for activities, it all depends on what you are excited about. You would want to partake in some sort of activity that makes you excited, which will increase the endorphins released.

General speaking supplement were not enough tested on human, that's the reason that doctors doesn't use them. On the other hand their efficacy depend from person to person. For this reasons only antidepressants are widely used.

After getting of my anxiety medicine which was doing me more harm I found I was low in vit D3. I also take magnesium glycinate before bed which helps to relax. A nice Epson salt bath helps as well as it has magnesium.

L- Theinine is also natural (green tea)

I used l theanine! I was super focused and way less over whelmed. I’m a huge fan. But I think I had a side effect. I wonder if anyone else had any side effects from it.
