Yes, when anxiety is very strong. I used to feel it in my lips first of all and accepted that as my warning signal to ease up on whatever might be causing me anxiety. Or it might be a reminder that it was time for me to take my anxiety medication. Take care...

Hugs, Love, and Blessings...

Than you Bonnie Sue. It's reassuring to know that I am not alone with this problem. I seem to get so many effects that you start to worry about them thereby making the anxiety even worse. Lots of love to you!

Being able to move your ears runs in my family. For us it's not related to anxiety at all. Have you tried doing it when you're not anxious? It's the use of certain muscles that most people don't have. I'm one of the "not haves"!

That's so interesting! You're the only person, so far, that I know who can do this...I'm sure there are others, though. It's not like moving your ears is something people with anxiety are thinking about above all else. They've got other things on their minds!!!😉😉😉💜

I get that when my anxiety is high. It’s usually concentrated around my mouth.

It seems that anxiety can affect any part of the body. The trouble is we worry in case it's caused by something else which increases the anxiety. I am suffering awful anxiety at the moment and worrying about the 'what ifs' x

I’m right there with ya. Why is it that anxiety symptoms cause high BP and mimic heart attacks or strokes 🤦🏻‍♀️? And then that worry causes more anxiety. It’s a vicious cycle.
