GABA is good but careful not to mix it with other stuff like ssri best to take it when you have come off all pharmaceutical drugs

I take ativan occasionaly thats it. I got off all the ssris. Is it ok to take ?

L-theanine is amazing. I’ve been told it’s the natural alternative to Xanax. Not sure how true that is but it sure helps me.

Says it increases serotonin, i dont need that. Ive tried ssris they didnt work for me.

Well it kind of works like an SSRI and a benzo. It increases gaba and serotonin. It’s sometimes used to treat seizures. Yes you can buy it everywhere.

I take lorazepam it helps alot
