Urgent advice

10weeks on sertraline last 4 weeks on 100mg ended up at A and E on Sunday as after having some good days couldn’t cope with anxiety from 2 am. They recommend that when I see the doctor today he puts it up to 150mg. Would it be better if I start with 125mg first. Also was told to take phenergan to help for the moment. Took 10mg last night at 10pm ended up waking up at 2am put up with anxiety until 4 am when I took 20mg. My anxiety is now increasing again so do I take some more phenergan. Advice please

Sorry, I am not familiar with those meds, so perhaps you should be in contact with your doctor for proper advice. Try as best you can to push those anxious thoughts from your head so not to let them get the best of you. You are here with a whole community of folks who understand what you are feeling... so know you are not alone. Keep pushing through. Keep posting and sharing. Things WILL get better.
