Anxiety is really that strong. The thing about anxiety is that there maybe no issues in the forefront of our mind that are bothering us, but subconsciously there may be issues that bring out those symptoms, and most times when they do show themselves they are unpredictable. At the peak of my symptoms I could barely eat, I get uncontrollable nausea, I feel like I can barely eat or drink anything, I also get constipated. I didn't allow myself to eat properly for two weeks and in the end it created other problems. I also started to lose weight. It is important to try to eat something despite how you feel. Good nutrition can help improve mood and fight anxiety. Try smoothies and soups, light foods helps. Also just remind yourself that it's anxiety otherwise you will continue to worry yourself and make your symptoms worst.
I have exactly the same feeling when my anxiety flares up. Churning upset stomach, hot and cold unpleasant sensations after meals. These kind of stomach symptoms keep me up at nights. I also lose a lot of weight recently. When I have good days, I have no problems with my stomach even I eat the same food.
