Everyone who has bipolar is different although of course there are similarities

There are two types of it type one which is the more serious one and type two which less severe

Bipolar has to do with dopamine and serotonin when.someone gets manic it has to be managed by drugs with serotonin

Fish oil capsules are good for bipolar as they make serotonin in the brain and counter the dopamine

Thank you. I am recently diagnosed with bipolar 2. Which I believe is the less severe type.

Both Bipolar 1 and 2 are both serious and one is not "more" than the other. BP2 appears to have more frequent lows and depression. BP1 has more manic episodes. One is not worse than the other and need to be treated as such.
