I had Pizza for lunch, then rice, boneless chicken & pork 'n' beans for dinner, then peanut butter and jelly sandwich as a late snack. Right before bed I had peanut butter crackers. I drank water and OJ. I also had 2 bites of cookies. I don't allow myself much sweet stuff.
Yesterday I had home made fried rice with stir fried vegetables, some chips, loads of water and 2 cans of soda.
Today I realized I liked yesterday but was to lazy to make rice so I did hokkien noodles and stir fried vegetables again (rice was better), some chips, a brownie, loads of water.
I tend to eat meat sparingly (twice a week maybe), today I'm making home made chicken fingers, baked with herb and garlic and breaded with panko bread crumbs, a salad, and corn on the cob halves. (Its friday so I try to spice it up for the kids with movie night and something more kid friendly)
I haven't eaten breakfast or lunch in well over 10 years so nothing there for me.
Ham cheese sandwich, protein rich quark, meat and potato casserole, another ham sandwich, muffin and chocolate. All kinds of vitamins to try to compensate for my poor diet. Alot of water.
I mostly eat protein for breakfast and coffee with half n half and raw sugar. I know we should not drink coffee but I LOVE it and one cup a day is enough. Lunch and dinner I eat seafood and chicken. I eat sides of green vegetables and a small side carb like baked potato, sweet potato, pasta, bread or rice. I avoid fried food completely, any tomato based food, and citrics. I munch on fruit, nuts, a piece of dark chocolate and yogurt. I drink water and ginger ale and no alcoholic beverages.
I cook every day and eat out every other Saturday or Sunday.
this is awesome I like the cook in and eat out schedule!!

Oh yeah? They are super easy to make! All you need to do is steam a head of cauliflower until it's soft, throw it into a high powered blender, add some olive oil and a little salt and then you have cauliflower mashed potatoes! You can add garlic when you steam the head to give it more flavor, but it's super easy.
Awesome! Yeah, I found that you can really modify these recipes to your liking! I just look online now and that makes life so easy, especially if you're not a very good cook! I hope it works out for you!
