For those who want to get back into exercising I would suggest using this. I was someone who went to gym and worked out at home regularly before panic disorder, I started doing this diagram to help ease myself back into feeling the sensations of working out and learning not to fear them. I do a more vigorous one now, but this could be a start for some of you. Maybe start by doing two sets of these, which means doing the whole sequence twice, and up it when you’re able to

This is great, love the idea that you can do all these moves at home for free without equipment!
