Does anybody ever have a normal day and everything is going okish. Then you get home and it’s night time and you kinda just wanna cry your eyes out. That’s pretty much me right now. I’m stuck in something I don’t want to be doing but I can’t think of any other options. Does anyone else feel like this? What do you do to make it better?

For me, I don't like my work situation. The mornings are the hardest, and also Sunday night, heh.

I'm not sure what you're stuck in, but for me I think it's helped a bit to be proactive about finding other things *outside* of work to find meaning / positivity in e.g. social groups on Meetup, volunteering, exercising, or even responding to posts here.

I've been there though (crying at night, or in the morning) just out of exhaustion, especially due to anxiety. I think all you can do is ride the wave of emotions, and not feel too concerned or guilty for your sadness. It can be good to cry and get a release. If you're feeling OK the next day, then that's something to celebrate and enjoy.
