Before I get off for the night... does anyone have REALLY intensive physical sensations? Like "Oh I'm not gonna die" but your legs feel numb. Or your heart is beating to fast. Or your head is pounding?
Cause sometimes I try to take a positive perspective but it's almost impossible feeling the ACTUAL symptoms.

I do. I get regular headaches, kidney pain and chest pains. It's difficult because when I get chest pain I feel like I might die since my fil died that way here at our house and I am traumatized from that. I even thought about writing a letter to my loved ones just in case. I have no insurance so I have to just hope for the best. Most times these symptoms are just stress and a tired body. You are young so don't stress if you can and you will be okay. You have had lots of tests so your problem seems to be how to deal with the anxiety about it. Try to take the best care of yourself you can and let it go. Try meditation maybe and stop googling. It's no good for you. Just find something to distract you and move on. You can do it.
You always give the best replies. Thank you. It's good to know someone else goes through this. And I am so sorry for that, I wish I knew what to say to make it better. But you have helped me so much in the past and continue to. Thank you
Thank you. I'm glad I can help. Just try to relax about the symptoms and focus on the anxiety behind it you are doing well and will figure this out, I'm sure.

My legs tingle and my back hurts when I breathe sometimes
I do get physical symptoms from my anxiety, my legs feel numb, heart beats really fast, intense pain in my chest, or I freeze if that makes sense. I just tense up and I can't move or talk. It's really hard to do in the moment, but try to take deep long breaths, possibly turn on some calming sounds or music, and just try to think you are gonna be okay. Or if at all possible have someone give you a really tight hug and just calm you. But obviously if in the moment its not possible, the following above help me to self soothe. I hope it gets better for you, it will in time!
