St John Worts ???

My St. John worts tablets have been to big for me to swallow, I have really bad trouble taking normal tablets let along big ones!

To take them I’ve been cutting them in half first, do you think this is wise? Too busy with work to stop at the pharmacy this week so wanted to ask over here 😀 thanks

I don’t think that is a problem. Just be careful. I took it before and after a while it made my mood worse which is a side effect. I don’t think it’s meant for long time use
