Toes twitching

I know i sound so repetitive sometimes but im still having these weird sensations and symptoms. My toes are twitching almost non stop. I cant tell if its when im more anxious or not considering im almost always feeling that way. I did shoe my neurologist last appt and she didny seem concerned. The mind is powerful but im still trying to tell myself im ok.
