Do you guys know any relief’s

I have this bad nerve , needle feeling every time I turn my neck to the left. I used some “Pasmol” cream but I want to know if you guys know any other recommendations... thankyou

If it's a new pain in the first 48 hours you could try ice and an anti inflamatory tablet to help take any inflammation pressing on a nerve. If it's over 48 hours seeing a physio could help diagnose and treat it if the exercise silly sausage mentioned doesn't help. I'm not good at knowing muscles n tendons but I've had several pains in That area, once my physio taped me up for a while...think about a week to pull the inflammation away from the nerve. Another time tho I had pain around there radiating into the tip of my shoulder n the cause was trigger points somewhere else. A physio could also work out where the pain originated from if it just came on suddenly.
