Does anybody else get like random jolts on pain kinda of like stabbing when they are extra anxious or stressed out. Hope I’m not the only one. I always freak out that I have a brain aneurysm or a brain tumor

Yes I do. Do you drink chamomile tea? If you don't, try some. Sometimes it helps with headaches. Sometimes I will get so anxious and stressed that I give myself migraines that can last a day or two then I really start to panic. Try to breathe. Listen to some happy music or take a nap if possible.
