Tiredness

Sometimes when I’m trying to work I feel like I’m going to collapse from exhaustion. I don’t but it’s an unsettling feeling. It comes and goes. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi, it's not uncommon to feel exhausted from anxiety, your body works really hard when your anxious. However it wouldn't hurt to speak to your doctor to make sure it's not anemic or thyroid. Nothing to worry about and fixable.

I agree, I think this is common with anxiety. I usually have it after a multi-day attack.

Anxiety is getting more common or more acceptable. It's no longer something to be ashamed of. Your anxiety is something that holds you back but don't give up. You will get better with practice.
