Had a panic attack this morning, after not having any sleep since 3pm yesterday afternoon. Went out this morning to go food shopping. Was feel really sick, anxious and everything was so loud had to go home and as soon as I got in the door the panic attack hit. 😫

My sympathies, I have had panic attacks before and I know how it feels like hell especially if they are caused by such trivial things. My advice is to take it one moment at a time. I no longer have any panic attacks but I remember how much more mindful and patient with my self, my thoughts, and feelings I had to be. You are not alone and be patient and love yourself enough to be able to take the time to learn how to cope.
