How can I live peacefully?

Life is hard with all the anxiety depression etcs.
Ah that's the $64,000 question isn't it! I wish I had an answer, but if I did I probably wouldn't need this site. x
Hahahahaha
Living peacefully is different for different people.
I didn't realize how peaceful my life was until I encountered Senior Adult anxiety/panic/depression.
Right now, at this moment, I think peaceful would be eliminating 3/4 of the symptoms on any anxiety list. However, how can I take control so only the ones remain, and/or come in, are easily manageable. And still better, they only come in to protect me from real life harm the way the process is supposed to work.
hug to you
I guess it boils down to how you look at life. I see my life thru God, who doesnt promise problem free life but promises answers to deal with life. Seems like there is always something or someone to stir the pot. I try and look for the beauty in life. I love to be outside, spend time with out animals, grandkids, and things or people that bring joy. That seems to make up for the ugly side of life. If you are young, there are alot of things you must deal with that I dont have to now that Im retired. Life seems to get more prescious in my older age as the clock is ticking, lol.
As im young so yeh ur right! Lots of things must deal with especially when health is in way. It sucks.
I think some of the most important things to live peacefully are to do the things that make you happy . For example I go for walks as the fresh air helps and also keeps me healthy ! I think living a healthy lifestyle is great for your state of mind. Also surround your self with good friends! So many people get in with the “wrong crowd” , especially when you are young. Having good friends to be there when you need them is really important . Friends you can spend time with , have fun with, chat , laugh and cry if need be! Friends can be rocks!
I've been thinking about you! Im sure your anxiety is very high with the health things right now. I truly wish I had the answer for you and all of us. Just keep talking to us. We are here for you. Hugs!!! Please try to stay strong.
