Best 'cure' for a lot of mental problems in my experience:
1) FOCUS. Work your ass off and focus on one thing. Hard work makes you feel accomplished and worthy.
2) FREEDOM. Do a "Do whatever your heart wishes" day. you need that feeling of freedom to relax.
3) MOVE. Do sport regularly. Good for blood circulation, good for producing endorphines, good for boosting confidence and physical power (which again boosts confidence even further).
