I probably don't do it enough. There a plenty of times I feel like it but, I fight myself because I feel like napping ruins my chance to sleep 8 hours at night. Maybe I just need to do it even more often. I hope you get better my friend because I wish only the best for you. Okay?
I don’t actually sleep... I just lay down and listen to a book or something. I agree with you , if I nap during the day then I don’t sleep properly over the night. Aah sleeping problem ey!? 💤 🚫
Benn fighting to try and convert from a day sleeper to a night sleeper. Recently we found this id causing me to suffer DAD (Disassociation Disorder) symptoms. Enough of them so that Sue is very concerned.

What can we do about the exhaustion? Suggestions ?
Most outsiders give suggestions about developing better sleep habits. Sure that helps. However, there are more answers. Getting more complete and deep sleep with maybe a resting nap are the goals.
How?
Had 3 sleep studies in the past few years. Saw a specialist for meds that made me sick.
I used to ask some people for their advice. Stopped doing that when I realized they don't have the problem. They don't understand.
Please give advice for all of us on this site. Be realistic.
