I’m suffering

Hi everyone. I suffer with really bad fears of having a heart problem due to an experience in my life that doctors had to put my heart back into ryhem. They have checked for multiple issues and nothing has came back. My anxiety comes and goes. More

Worst when my period is near. I’m just looking for a friend. Someone to tell me I’m not alone & I’ll live a long heathy life 😢

Hi Blueeyedlexx, you are definitely not alone on this site. So many of us, including

myself have had some heart arrhythmias with no catastrophic consequences.

It happens, we are human. I will tell you that anxiety as well as hormone fluctuations

can cause heart palps. You are young and have a long prosperous life ahead of you. xx

I’ll be your friend ❤️ We fear our bodies falling apart because we want to live, but our fears keep us back from it.. let’s work on this together to overcome the worries.

I will be your friend! I have the same exact worries as you. Everytime I stand up, I get blurred vision, dizzy and my heart starts to pound quickly and hardly to the point I can hardly breathe! And so it worries me of having a heart disease. You can always message me if you want to, we can talk about this stuff and relate, see if it will make you feel better.

Your fear of having a heart issue is the real issue here. Fear gets us all anxious and any little physical symptoms triggers our fear even more. Its an anxiety loop. I got so bad I just got to a point where I said, "if its God's will Im not resisting anymore." ultimately the real fear is of dying, so its very difficult to accept that. You are not really going to die from this, but the idea that you are creates the anxiety. For me, once I came to peace with that, my anxiety got better. I've been in a loop here again after being better for close to a year, but I'm just now remembering that this was the way out, acceptance that its happening and that I'm ok with it because resisting creates more stress and further anxiety. Don't beat yourself up for being afraid as well, you are human; have some self compassion and patience with yourself. Something else might work for you, Im just saying this made sense to me and it eased my worry some. Good luck.

Wow thank you. I am the same way I was doing good for about a year with anxiety here and there and all of a sudden I just have been getting worst again. My mind keeps making me feel like the thing that happens to my heart was like a week ago when I know it was a long time ago. Feels close and it scares me. I feel as if something is truly wrong inside. But I know it’s not because one day I’ll be okay and the next I won’t. 😓 your so right I keep trying to fight something that god has already taught for me. It’s so hard but I’m going to not resist anymore like you said but ask god to tech me to accept his will and accept the fact that I will die one day. 😖

You are not alone it's scary and it can consume you if you focus to much on it I've been to the hospital several times for it but everything comes back normal I've learned yesterday to just have faith because I know life isn't meant to be lived in fear. Hope this helps
