Brainspotting

Has anyone had brain spotting and found it effective? My therapist thinks it is great but I don’t feel much different. Is it me or is it bs? Been going to this therapist for 3 years.

My therapy included brain spotting. It also had little impact in my treatment. Tapping has proven very valuable to me. Google 'tapping eft' to find out more.
